By purchasing a discounted 'model-call' session, you’re agreeing to actively promote the studio set you model for which includes sharing your experience AND images on your OWN social media platforms.
I recommend purchasing a regular-priced session if you want to keep your images private, do not want to help advertise and promote my photo sessions, or if you cannot match my scheduling and deadline requirements. I am always crafting new studio sets and need your help to bring them to life ASAP. The instant a set is complete, I dive right into creating sample images using models. The magic captured in these sessions serve as advertisements and inspiration for other women to book their own boudoir sessions. These images aren’t just for show - they’re a vital part of my advertising strategy, making YOU an integral part of my mission to promote body positivity and self-love.
Please DO NOT accept the discounted rate if you will not be able to follow through with your end of the 'model call' agreement which includes choosing your photo selections within 48 hours of receiving proofs.
I offer these ‘model call’ sessions at a DISCOUNTED RATE to the first 4 who women who apply, agree to all the terms and pay their booking fee.
The following are the obligations you must agree to in order to qualify for the "model call" discount:
1. Your schedule must allow you to complete the photo session within the required time frame.
2. Your schedule must allow you to choose your photo selections within 48 hours of receiving the unedited proof.

8. You agree post the edited images from your session on your own Facebook page AND story at least once, without delay, as soon as you receive them.
9. You agree post the edited images from your session on your own Instagram page + story at least once, without delay, as soon as you receive them.
10. You agree post the edited images from your session on your own tiktok page at least once, without delay, as soon as you receive them.
11. You agree to post a 5 star review for Vertigo Productions photography on google maps, without delay, as soon as you receive your final images (requires a gmail account). Click HERE to leave a review.
12. You agree to actively advertise and promote the studio set that you modeled for during the time frame that it is available (1-2 months).

Any shoes worn in the studio must be dry and clean.
The Vertigo client closet includes access to maternity gowns, lingerie, jewelry, wigs and accessories for women size XS-5X. Boudoir sessions will show feet. The client closet currently has heels size 5-13.
If you like or need body support, it is recommended that you bring a supportive bra, supportive underwear, body shapers or spanx to wear underneath because some garments in the client closet are sheer and lack support. (Undergarments should be nude, black, or a colour that matches the studio set you are modeling for).
Intimate items are washed between uses, but please also bring a loose fitting nude thong to wear underneath. The reason I say loose fitting is so the thong doesn't make indents on your body.
-NO perfumes or scented body lotions as the studio is a scent free zone.
-Arrive with hair and makeup ready to shoot.
-Arrive with finger and toenail polish NOT chipped.
-Arrive with unwanted facial and body hair removed.
-Prior to shooting. avoid tan lines, socks, undergarments or clothing that will cause wrinkles or marks on your skin.
-Remove unwanted jewelry & accessories prior to arrival.
-Remove hair elastics from wrists prior to arrival.
-Remove cell phones and wallets from pockets prior to arrival.
-No sparkles on clothing.
-Relax and trust that you're in good hands.

Vertigo Productions Photography studio is a scent free zone. You might lay on the carpet, bed or couches and wear items from the client closet like the luxury tulle robes that others will be using after you. I know there is a lot of FAQ to retain prior to a session but this one is very important.
Booking Fee (Due upon booking): Email Money Transfer

Booking Fee:
An appointment is only considered BOOKED once a non-refundable booking fee has been paid by email money transfer. If a booking fee has not been received within 12 hours of offering a time slot, the time slot may then be offered to other clients without notice. The booking fee is non-refundable but may be used towards future sessions.
Session Fee:
For the session fee you may pay cash upon arrival to your appointment or send an EMT at least 60 minutes prior to your appointment, as EMT's can take up to 30 minutes to be received.
Full payment is due before shooting commences.
-You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment or you forfeit your booking fee.
-If you need to reschedule, your session must still take place within the agreed up "model call" time frame in order to receive the discounted rate.
-If your schedule does not meet my model call needs you will be given 3 options:
1. Reschedule to meet the advertising needs of the NEXT available set.
2. Reschedule for a time that suits you but pay regular price.
3. Use the $49 booking fee as a credit towards a future photo session.
Photography is a service so all payments must be made prior to the release of any images. All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. Unlike physical merchandise, it is impossible for digital products to be returned or exchanged once they have been delivered. Re-shoots will only be offered in the event of unforeseen technical errors while shooting or in the event that images from a session cannot be delivered due to theft or acts of god
A model release is required for the discounted model call sessions.
Don't be early:
Arrive to studio appointments no sooner than 5 minutes prior to your start time; the photographer uses the time between appointments to prepare the studio for the next session, make scheduled phone calls, or take scheduled breaks. There is only one FREE client parking spot on the property and downtown parking is limited, so please enter and exit your Vertigo parking space in a timely manner in case there is a client scheduled before or after your time slot.
Don't be late:
Time slots cannot be reduced or upgraded at the last second. The booking fee pays for the time slot you purchased and nothing beyond that. This busy time of year there is no allowance for extra time.
A guest is a person who is not having their photo taken. To reduce the photographers exposure to viruses and to limit distractions to the photographer and models, which WILL effect the overall outcome of the session, guests are not permitted in the studio unless express permission is granted BEFORE booking.
No Behind The Scenes (BTS) photos or videos are to be taken in the studio at any time unless discussed with your photographer PRIOR to your session date. Your photographer is not comfortable being filmed or photographed.
Notify the photographer; prior to booking, of any medically induced sensitivities to flashing or blinking lights.
The photographer will have a lot more creative freedom shooting models without glasses. Let your photographer know prior to shooting if you want to wear glasses with lenses during your session. Lighting will be set up differently if anyone is wearing glasses so this must be discussed upon booking.
The studio is wheelchair accessible and carries business liability insurance. All equipment is carried in duplicate in case something should malfunction. Dual In-camera memory cards record every photo in duplicate in case one should malfunction.
Retouching (Included):
Temporary blemishes: Pimples, bruises, scratches, cold sores and a light skin smoothing (digital foundation).
Extensive Image Manipulation:
Preventable retouching is billed at an hourly rate. This includes but is not limited to: Tan lines, digital makeup, hair root touch ups, body hair removal, teeth whitening, personal accessories that you forgot to remove, fingernail paint chips, toenail paint chips, marks or indents on the skin caused by garments, socks & accessories. Touch ups like these are very time consuming.
Filters:
No one other than Vertigo Productions Photography has the right to edit or manipulate the images in any way. Adding Facebook filters, Instagram filters, black & white filters etc to images by Vertigo Productions Photography is considered copyright infringement. If you want black & white images discuss this with your photographer prior to booking.
Turnaround time is 3 weeks.
Rush orders must be requested at the time of booking and cost $199 extra (48 hour turnaround time, minus the amount of time it takes you to choose your image selections)

Delivery of Images:
Clients are responsible for backing up their digital images once they have been delivered. Images are only available for 30 days after completion. Be SURE the email address you provide has been checked and has sufficient storage to receive your images.
Re-Delivery of Images:
Please double check all your devices, hard drives and emails for the images before requesting a re-delivery. 99% of the time we receive an inquiry to re-deliver lost images, after the client takes a moment to look for them they will find them. A $49 admin fee will be incurred should you request your images be delivered more than once.
Digital Images:
All images purchased at Vertigo Productions Photography are in digital format. Prints are not offered or included. A license to print your photos whenever you want is included in every package.
Printing License:
Completed images will include a limited use copyright license allowing the client to print and upload as often as they like. For printing services Vertigo recommend The Copy Shop, who are located down the road from the photo studio at 150 Perth St. Brockville.
Print Sizes:
Vertigo Productions Photography’s images are standard 2:3 aspect ratio. Please be aware of these sizes when purchasing frames and/or having prints made. 2x3, 4x6, 8x12, 10x15, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 If this topic is a concern, please discuss it prior to booking.
